3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact and billing information in your client portal.
- You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share your account access.
- You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account and all activities conducted under it.
4. Billing and Payments
- All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated.

- Resource abuse, including CPU, bandwidth, or disk usage beyond fair share limits.
- Running proxy scripts, crypto mining, or other disruptive applications without explicit permission.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
7. Domain Name Services
- All domain registrations and renewals are subject to availability and registry policies.
- You are solely responsible for renewing your domain(s) before the expiration date.
- Failure to renew on time may result in domain loss, redemption fees, or permanent deletion.
8. Data Privacy and Security
- We respect your data and comply with applicable privacy laws.
- While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute data protection.
- You are encouraged to maintain regular backups of your content; we do not guarantee backup integrity unless you subscribe to our managed backup services.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Non-payment or chargebacks.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff or other clients.
Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice in extreme cases.
10. Resource Limits & Fair Use
Shared and reseller hosting plans are subject to fair use:
- Excessive CPU, RAM, or I/O usage may lead to temporary throttling or account review.
- Sites exceeding fair limits consistently may be required to upgrade or migrate.
11. Support
We provide customer support through:
- Client Portal (Blesta)
- Email
- Live Chat (during business hours)
Support is limited to hosting, domain, and server-related inquiries. We do not provide support for third-party applications or website development issues unless under a maintenance plan.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- iFredeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question during the previous 30 days.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iFredeX and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or via the client portal. Continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
